Results

As a result of addressing this challenge, MindatEase was designed as a dedicated space for elderly individuals, designed specifically to support their mental health post-retirement. The space offers a variety of activities such as art therapy, yoga, meditation, Zumba, gardening, book reading sessions, and social Saturdays to ensure their minds remain at ease. Additionally, it includes amenities like a library, cafeteria, and lounge. All activities are led by professionals and closely supervised by onboard mental health coaches, providing a comprehensive and supportive environment for the elderly.
