This project aims to break down barriers that prevent individuals from speaking up, whether due to a lack of confidence or fear of making mistakes. By encouraging open dialogue and team collaboration, the game sends a powerful message: it's okay to make mistakes, and in a team, everyone should lift each other up. This approach not only boosts individual confidence but also strengthens the collective creativity of the group.
